Welcome to our community website.  We hope you find it a useful tool for facilitiating communication with the Board and meeting other informational needs. 

The Board meets on a monthly basis.  Minutes are available to all residents, once reviewed/approved by the Board.  Currently minutes through March, 2025 are available, and can be viewed using the Homeowner Information tab to the left of this screen.  Questions can be forwarded to any Board member.

The latest reserve study took place in March, 2021 and is available on the Documents page under Homeowner Information. 

The homeowner directory is updated on an as needed basis, such as when there is a new neighbor or phone number(s) change.  The current version is dated March 13, 2024 and can be downloaded by logging into the Homeowner Information page.

The Homeowner Information on this website is password protected.  You will be prompted for the password after clicking on the link in the left margin.  Contact webmaster@brandywineriverestateshoa.com if you do not have the current password.  Password information will only be sent an email address on file for your residence.
